Mr. Collier attended Auburn University, Biola College, and UCLA, where he studied business administration. After playing professional golf on worldwide tours for four years, he accepted the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for the second largest golf school in the U.S. In 2003, Mr. Collier co-founded First National Warranty where he helped grow the company to gross revenues of over $27 million before selling his interest to equity partners. In 2007, Mr. Collier and his partners purchased a 50% ownership in 588 acres of resort beachfront property in St. Lucia. Since 2010, Mr. Collier has worked in the oil and gas exploration industry.

Mr. Garcia has been with the company since 2017 as Chief Geologist and is the primary developer of Geoseismic Tech geoseismic surveying system. Using this technology, he has successfully consulted on multiple successful oil and gas well drilling operations and discovered over 100 million barrels in reserves in Texas. Previously he worked for Midwest Operating LLC from 2012-2014, and Petrotech Oil and Gas, Inc., from 2014-2016. Mr. Garcia received his B.S in Geology from West Texas A&M University. He has worked as a geological consultant for various independent oil & gas companies and has experience working on drilling projects in the Bakken Shale in North Dakota, Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. Garcia possesses valuable field and management experience regarding all aspects of the energy and oil and gas industries. He is also a HAZWOPER 40HR Waste Site Worker 29CFR1910.120 certified, allowing him to work in any restricted or contaminated sites.

Mr. Cotton serves as an operator for our oil and gas projects. Mr. Cotton started his successful career from the ground up in 2015 pulling slips and slinging tongs. Skylar quickly advanced ahead to working motors, derricks, and eventually became a favorable driller working for Helmerich & Payne International Drilling. While employed at H&P, Skylar drilled for multiple operators, such as EOG Resources, Concho Resources, Chaparral Energy, and Occidental Permian. Mr. Cotton brings valuable hands-on experience and knowledge while overseeing a variety of successful wells drilled in the Anadarko, and Permian Basin formations.

Mr. Diesel brings 40 years of operating and financial experience. He was a partner and managing director of a FINRA member investment banking firm focused on energy-related transactions for 10 years. Was VP of Sales and Marketing for an internet start up and subsequently served on its Board of Directors until the company was sold. Was VP of Anadarko Petroleum focusing on international negotiations and M&A. Worked at Amoco Corporation in progressive management assignments after receiving his MBA from Rice University's Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management. Out of college, he worked for an independent oil and gas production company, first as a landman until eventually running the business.
